Bucks County 4H
Dear Friend of 4H,
[t is time again for the Middletown Grange Fair. This exciting fair is only held once a year at the Middletown Grange Fairgrounds in Wrightstown, PA (on Penns Park Road, off Rt. 232). The fair showcases the accomplishments of the Bucks County 4H youth through their sheep and goat projects.
As you probably know, 4H clubs are very active and civic minded that have a lot of great kids as members. Through their different fund raising efforts they are able to do many community service projects within the community as well as continue furthering their education in animal science. The kids have not only been busy with their animals, but have been doing several fundraisers to continue their active involvement within the community. In years past, the kids raised enough money to purchase a pig from the 4H Pig Club and donate the meat to help feed local families and cooked meals for local food banks.
We would love for you to support the 4H Clubs. While Jacksons' Folly has pulled our lambs from the Saturday auction, you can still support the Bucks County 4H Sheep Club by visiting the fair, engaging with the club members, buying at their sale tables and donating to their civic causes. See you at the Fair!
